Conference is organized by Radanal Ltd., Society for Nutrition, Mendel University of Agriculture and Forestry and Tomas Bata University in Zlín. Conference VITAMINS is an official event of Society for Nutrition, Czech Society of Clinical Biochemistry, Prague and Working group of chromatography and electrophoresis of Czech chemical society.
Organised under the auspices of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sportsthe Czech Republic and the Rector of Mendel University of Agriculture and Forestry in Brno prof. Ing. Jaroslav Hlušek, CSc.
The Conference is traditionally focused on chemical substances important for human health, bringing together scientists from food technology, nutrition, clinical and analytical chemistry and laboratory medicine.
