The first international ePortfolio conference (organised by EIfEL) was held in Poitiers in 2003. A goal that by 2010 every citizen should have access to an ePortfolio came out of that conference. The 8th international ePortfolio conference (ePortfolio 2010) will take place from 5-7 July 2010, at the Savoy Place in London. There are two special features of this event:
* ePortfolio 2010 will have a special track on ePortfolios in healthcare education and practice and 20 abstracts and the 5 best papers submitted in track EP1 (ePortfolio in healthcare) will be published in the International Journal of Clinical Skills.
* ePortfolio 2010 is a part of Learning Forum London and registration for ePortfolio 2010 also gives entry to Key Competencies 2010 and the 4th international conference on ‘skills for life’
EIfEL invites you to become a part of this event by attending as a speaker or delegate. A major theme is how much progress has been made with ePortfolios since 2003.
