Location of event

he Centre and the German Marshall Fund of the United States organise a discussion on lessons learned from the dialogue between the EU and the U.S. before and during the UN international climate conference in Copenhagen and how to move forward together from here. Andrew Light, senior fellow at the Center for American Progress, and Laurence Graff, member of cabinet for Environment Commissioner Stavros Dimas and a COP-15 negotiator, will present their views on whether a new start in the U.S.-EU dialogue on climate change is needed and what could be done to achieve it.

The discussion will be held under Chatham House rule and will bring together stakeholders from the EU Institutions, business and civil society.
