Location of event

This initiative is organised in the framework of RECWOWE (Reconciling Work and Welfare Network of Excellence). Our objective is to develop an ongoing and structured dialogue between the research community, policy makers in charge of labour market and welfare policies, as well as social partners, NGOs and practitioners. Regularly, scholars undertaking innovate research will present their findings in Brussels to foster an open debate on key social challenges. This meeting will also be an opportunity for researchers from Capright and Recwowe networks to exchange their respective research agenda’s.

Aims:

* To integrate existing research activities on the various tensions that characterise the relationships between work and welfare;

* To encourage innovative research in the fields of labour market and social protection research;

* To effectively share new knowledge that is built up through its activities.
