The objective of this event is to identify if there is a way to measure success in public affairs. As PA professionals we are constantly expected to justify our activities and to account for the impact of our actions. It is therefore highly relevant to investigate if objective criteria and/or tools able to offer systemic measurement of the impact of a lobbying action can be identified. If such measurement criteria exist, do they equally apply to in-house lobbying, trade associations' campaigns, consultancy activities and/or NGO actions? Should PA professionals use different instruments in reporting to their management board, members or clients?
