EU-structural funds offer a lot of funding opportunities. It is important to understand the variety and systematic of the different programmes in order to implement innovate ideas for regions and to use these funding opportunities as additional financial tools.
In this Summer Seminar participants will improve management skills of EU funded projects – how to plan and implement projects, to develop project strategies and find the right partners. Attendees will get an overview about EU funded Programmes, learn about EU-Project Development and Financial Management.
This seminar is especially designed for participants with EU project management “Beginner-Level”.
Note: This is also an optional course for the Master of Management in EU funds.
